Number of new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Europe 2020

As of April 2, 2020, there have been 497,366 confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) across the whole of Europe since the first confirmed cases in France on January 25. April 1, saw the highest number of new cases in Europe, with approximately 41.1 thousand new cases on this day alone. Italy has the highest amount of confirmed cases in Europe with 110,574, followed by Spain with 102,136 cases. A full breakdown of the confirmed cases in Europe can be found here.
