Carrefour: estimated sales share by store type 2016, 2021 and 2026
Since 2016, the e-commerce share of Carrefour's sales has increased from a meagre one percent to four percent in 2021. According to estimates, Carrefour's largest sales were through the retailer's hyper stores, comprising half of sales in 2021. It is forecast that by 2026, cash and carry clubs, e-commerce channels and discount stores will generate more sales.
