Increase in sales of FMCG products due to coronavirus epidemic in Poland, by products

The outbreak of coronavirus has contributed to an increased demand for fast-moving products in Poland. After analyzing sales in the tenth week of 2020, the growth for the entire FMCG shopping basket amounted to 13 percent compared to the same period last year. Antibacterial gel was the most popular hygiene product to buy, while rice achieved the highest sales growth in the food category.
