As of March 9 in 2020, around 47 percent of 461 publicly listed companies, which already experienced an impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), were in the manufacturing industry. Of those companies, 290 mentioned that they already experienced the impact of the outbreak in financial statement reports, with 87 declaring that they experienced a loss of sales revenue or net profit.
