Consumer interest in shifting purchases to smart stores worldwide 2019, by age group

According to a survey conducted by Capgemini in October 2019, 58 percent of consumers aged from 18 to 21 years old stated that they were willing to shift their in-store purchases to a retailer that uses automation technology. In contrast, only 19 percent of those aged 72 and above were willing to switch.
