Interest in switching from online to in-store if experience improved 2019, by age

According to a survey conducted by Capgemini in October 2019, 63 percent of consumers aged between 22 and 36 years old stated that they would be willing switch from online purchases to retailers using automation if the in-store shopping experience was improved.

If automation technologies made the in-store experience more fun and engaging, I would rather go to a store than shop online from a competitor.
