Latin America: COVID-19 deaths 2020, by country

As of March 30, 2020, a total of 352 people have died due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in Latin America and the Caribbean. The country with the highest number was Brazil, reporting 136 deaths. According to a survey carried out in Mexico in January 2020, more than one third of respondents believed that coronavirus could be transmitted by any product that came from China.
