Number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in Norway 2020, by age and gender

According to the distribution of coronavirus infections in Norway, infections were higher in the male population and especially in the 20 to 29 years old age group. As of November 26, 2020, roughly four thousand infections were registered in men of this age.

The first case of the coronavirus in Norway was confirmed on February 21, 2020 in Tromsø, in the county Troms and Finnmark. The number of cases in Norway has since risen to a total of 34,747 as of November 26, 2020.
