After entering Italy, coronavirus (COVID-19) has been spreading fast and the cases reported reached approximately 102 thousand. On the other hand, many individuals who contracted the virus have recovered. As of March 30, 2020, the number of recoveries amounted to 14.6 thousand, the majority of which occurred in the region of Lombardy. Lombardy, however, was the region with the the highest number of cases in the country.
