Reasons for not using e-payment services India 2020

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight as of February 2020, over 40 percent of Indian respondents reported to not use any form of e-payment method because they preferred cash. Over 20 percent of respondents in the south Asian country stated that they did not trust e-payment methods and had concerns about their safety.
