On May 14, 2020, the highest self-isolation index among Russian cities with over one million inhabitants was measured in Moscow, where most COVID-19 cases in Russia were recorded. The capital recorded an index of 2.5 points, indicating that there was a high amount of people outside. The non-working period in Russia ended on May 12, 2020.

0-2.4 points: there is a very high number of people on the streets;
2.5-2.9 points: there is a high number of people on the streets;
3-3.5 points: there are people on the streets;
3.6-3.9 points: most people are home;
4-5 points: there is almost no one on the streets.
The source specified that it is an integrated indicator calculated based on usage data of different services and apps of Yandex. It can be used for informational purposes for an approximate situation assessment, but not for exact calculations.
