Banco Santander: share of electricity sourced from renewable energy 2018-2030
In 2019, Santander joined a growing number of the world's largest banks in making a set of commitments to sustainable financing and investments to help projects, technologies, and clean energies in delivery of the Paris Agreement and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a part of the banks commitments, Banco Santander have the goal of sourcing 100 percent of electricity from renewable energies by 2030.
