Solar cell and module production South Korea 2019, by company
In 2019, South Korean PV manufacturer Hanwha Solution produced 4 gigawatts of solar cells and 4 gigawatts of solar modules in South Korea. Hanwha Solution, also known as Hanwha Q-Cells, has the additional installed capacity of solar cells and modules in its plants in China and Malaysia. That year, LG Electronics produced 1.9 gigawatts of solar cells and 1.6 gigawatts of modules.
