Most trusted media during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic Japan 2020

According to a survey conducted by the Nippon Research Center in March 2020, close to 58 percent of respondents in Japan trusted the television news of public broadcasting station NHK as a reliable source of information during the the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. NHK and other major broadcasting stations were the only sources trusted by a majority of Japanese respondents.
