Marketing budget change due to the coronavirus pandemic in Norway 2020

How much will the marketing communication budget change in Norway due to the coronavirus outbreak? According to a survey among Norwegian advertisers at the end of April 2020, most of the respondents expected to decrease the budget for the second quarter of 2020. 22 percent of them indicated a decline of less than 25 percent, while 21 percent stated to decrease the marketing budget by 50 to 25 percent. By contrast, only 12 percent of the advertisers will increase their spending compared to 2019.
