In 2022, around 3.9 thousand medical tourists from Russia visited internal medicine departments in South Korea, making this the most commonly sought out medical department by Russian medical tourists. This was followed by medical examination centers and dentistry departments. A total of 248.1 thousand medical tourists visited South Korea that year.
