Average number of employees and self-employed in Poland 2003-2022

In 2019, Poland achieved a record number of employees of 13.2 million. However, that number slightly decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The number of self-employed has remained relatively stable over the observed period, around three million people, and the number of employees increased to over 13.5 million in 2022.
