This statistic shows the share of people who have been in contact with a debt collection agency for a delay in charge payment in France in 2017. At that time, 12 percent of the people questioned, had already been reminded once by a debt collector of an unpaid debt, including four percent of respondents saying that they had been contacted by a collection firm several times.
