Civil helicopter accidents in India FY 2006-2019 by causative factor

As of March 2020, loss of control was the most common cause of helicopter accidents in India between the financial years 2006 to 2019. However, most of the accidents occurring due to loss of control did not have a fatal outcome. Loss of visual reference caused the most fatal accidents. A total of 47 accidents occurred in the fourteen years, with 21 of them being fatal.
