Forecast private and public consumption growth in Russia 2017-2023
While the private consumption growth rates have been fluctuating in Russia over the entire period under consideration, the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak left an undeniable mark, sinking the figure to the lowest over the observed timeframe in 2020. Both private and public consumption growth rates were expected to develop at moderately positive rates in the following years, and reach approximately 2.5 percent by 2023.
