Major non scheduled operators in India 2020 by number of helicopters
As of March 2020, Pawan Hans Limited was the largest non-scheduled operator in India with 42 helicopters in its fleet. Global Vectra Helicorp, with 31 helicopters, was in second place. In the same period, Heligo Charters, with 11 copters, was at the third spot. Both Global Vectra Helicorp and Heligo Charters were based in Mumbai, while Heritage Aviation Private Limited and Himalaya Heli Services Private Limited were from Delhi. In total, there were 50 non-scheduled operators in India, with most others having between one to four copters.
