Mexico: fastest growing ad categories during COVID-19

Between March 9 and April 5, 2020 (during the COVID-19 outbreak), there were 4,443 more TV, radio, newspaper and magazine ads advertising trade associations in Mexico than in the period between February 7 to March 8, 2020. Anti-allergic drugs registered 1,460 more ads. Pharmaceuticals in general were among product categories which registered increased purchases during the outbreak.
