JobPricing in Italy at the beginning of 2020, a fixed salary ranked first among the main aspects considered when changing workplace. In fact, seven in ten surveyed employees would leave their current workplace for a more stable salary. Moreover, training, development and career opportunities were pointed out by 42 percent of respondents, whereas a good work-life balance ranked third in the chart. Less common reasons for leaving a job were a better working space and non-monetary perks.
There are many factors that could influence the choice of changing workplace, but the economic aspect seems to be the most relevant one among Italian employees. According to a survey conducted by Most important aspects considered by Italians to change workplace in Italy in 2019
