Major reasons for not stocking up during coronavirus in Hong Kong 2020
According to a survey on consumer behavior during coronavirus outbreak conducted by Rakuten Insight in April 2020, panic buying was not common in Hong Kong. About 34 percent of respondents who did not stock up on household items said that they decided not to do so for a sense of social responsibility.
