Major reasons for not stocking up during coronavirus in China 2020
According to a survey on consumer behavior during coronavirus outbreak conducted by Rakuten Insight in April 2020, panic buying was not common in China. About 54 percent of the Chinese respondents who did not stock up on household items said that they decided not to do so based on the trust that supermarkets would provide enough supplies.
