Vietnam: share of online gamers by age 2022

According to a survey by Rakuten Insight on online gaming in 2022, about 86 percent of Vietnamese respondents aged between 16 and 24 years stated that they played online games. In the same survey, the majority of online gamers indicated that they played online games daily.

The survey was conducted among 1,555 female and 1,436 male respondents.

The survey was conducted among
926 respondents aged 16 to 24 years,
1,179 respondents aged 25 to 34 years,
693 respondents aged 35 to 44 years,
202 respondents aged 45 to 54 years and
96 respondents aged 55 years and older.

Other surveyed countries included China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan.
