Medal count by country in the Women's 20km Race Walk at the Summer Olympics 2000-2020
The Women's 20 kilometer Race Walk was first introduced to the Summer Olympic program in 2000. Since then, China has been the most successful nation in this event, winning two golds, one silver and three bronze medals. No athlete has won more than one gold medal in this event, although China's Liu Hong has won three medals overall. The only athlete to have been stripped of a medal won in this event is Russia's Olga Kaniskina, who lost her 2012 silver medal due to doping violations in 2015; her gold medal from 2008 remains unaffected.
