CEE: English language proficiency index by city 2022

The capital of Poland scored 614 out of 800 points in English Proficiency Index by Education First in 2022, indicating the highest result among major cities in Central and Eastern Europe. Warsaw, Bucharest, Budapest, and Prague were the only four cities in the region where an average respondent had a score comparable to C1 level that ranged between 600 and 699 points.
