Share of urban population with access to electricity in Ghana 2008-2020
As of 2020, 94.7 percent of the urban population in Ghana had access to electricity, showing an increase compared to 93.8 percent in 2019. Over the observed time period, the share of the urban population with access to electricity rose considerably, from a low of 72.8 percent in 2010, by nearly 22 percentage points.
