After the declaration of the state of alarm on March 14, 2020 due to COVID-19, Spain experienced a phenomenon hitherto unknown in the country's recent history: a quarantine.

During this time, there were aspects that were very difficult. According to a study carried out between April 6th and 8th, 2020, the long lines at supermarkets made 38 percent of those surveyed despair, while for 17 percent having to be alone at home all day was quite stressful .
