Average price of high-priced apartment purchases Seoul South Korea 2010-2019
In 2019, the average price of the top 10 percent expensive apartment purchase transactions made in Seoul in South Korea stood at around 2.13 billion South Korean won, for the first time exceeding two billion South Korean won. The high-priced apartments in the top 10 percent in Seoul has continued to rise, especially in Gangnam area accounting for 80.6 percent of it.
