Expected revenue spent on own e-commerce sites by vertical 2020

A March 2020 survey of global B2B decision makers revealed that 38 percent of financial service B2B companies expect 41 to 60 percent of their revenue in 2025 to be generated from their owned and operated e-commerce websites. In contrast, only 3 percent of financial service B2B companies expected to derive up to 20 percent of 2025 revenue from their e-commerce websites.
