In October 2020, just over a third of consumers in Belgium intended to shop for clothing/footwear and electronics via online shopping channels. The majority of these online shoppers had their goods delivered to their home, while the remainder selected the pick-up option. When it came to groceries during this four-week period, the vast majority of Belgian consumers still preferred going to the store, despite the high number of COVID-19 infections.
