Belgium: video streaming in Wallonia, by age 2019

Generation Z and Millennials were more likely to stream video or television than their elder counterparts in Belgium's French-speaking region of Wallonia in 2019. According to survey results from 2019, younger respondents were significantly above the regional average when it comes to online video use. This does not mean, however, that older respondents were not interested. More than half of 45-to-59-year-olds, for example, used video streaming, whereas four out of ten 60-to-69-year-olds streamed content via the internet.
