Average per capita monthly overtime of full-time nurses Japan 2021, by level
At approximately 32 percent of hospitals in Japan, full-time employed nurses worked an average of one to less than four hours of overtime in September 2021, according to a survey conducted from October to November in 2021. Close to one percent of the hospitals let full-time nurses work more than 20 hours of overtime in the measured month.
