Level of craving for recreation and entertainment amid COVID-19 Japan 2020, by type

According to a survey conducted by GEM Partners in May 2020, around 84 percent of respondents in Japan stated that they were very interested in going for a day trip or doing a one-day leisure activity when the daily situation goes back to normal after the end of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. More than 70 percent of respondents stated that they craved for a lot of activities involving going out of the house during the surveyed period.
