Second homes bought in Andalusia by homebuyer's region 2019
During 2019, more than half a million second homes were bought in Spain. Andalusia was Spain's autonomous community where the highest number of these type of homes were purchased, with approximately 108 thousand homes during the year under review. Other than the Andalusians, who bought 97.2 thousand second homes in their region that year, the autonomous community of origin of the highest number of homebuyers was the Community of Madrid, with approximately 6.7 thousand second homes in 2019.
