Distance education usage in Russia 2019, by region and level
As of September 2019, Tyumen Oblast was Russia's region with the highest share of schoolchildren enrolled in programs allowing distance education, measuring at 52 percent in basic general education between the fifth and the ninth grades. In the Kaliningrad Oblast, approximately 38 percent of 10-to-11-graders could study from home.
