Higher education expenditure in Norway 2015-2019
From 2015 to 2019, the expenditure on higher education in Norway increased annually. In 2019, the cost of higher education amounted to nearly 54 billion Norwegian kroner. That was nearly four billion kroner more compared to the expenditure the previous year. Over the past decade, the number of students in higher education increased significantly in Norway, reaching over 318,000 students as of 2021.
