U.S. customer opinion on Amazon's environmental impact by age group 2020
As of February 2020, the environmental impact of Amazon was perceived differently among adult customers in the United States. While the minority of the customers, disregarding their age, stated that the environmental footprint of this e-commerce company was somewhat or very positive, the youngest surveyed population (between 18 and 29 years old) considered that Amazon's impact on the environment was at least somewhat negative.
