Netherlands: coronavirus beer drinking 2020

During the coronavirus crisis in the Netherlands, nearly 30 percent of people in the Netherlands drank less beer than in the weeks before the outbreak. This was concluded by a widespread survey among Dutch adults. Nearly two thirds of the respondents said that they drank the same amount of beer in both periods, whereas less than ten percent admitted to drinking more as a result of the coronavirus' effects on Dutch society.
