Nigeria: knowledge about HIV prevention by gender

The share of young people in Nigeria having a comprehensive knowledge of HIV transmission reached roughly 36 percent of the sample in 2018. More specifically, respondents were asked, among other questions, if HIV transmission be reduced by using a condom and by having sex with only one uninfected partner who has no other partners.
