El Buen Fin: why Mexicans do not shop online 2020

Approximately 34 percent of digital consumers surveyed in 2020 stated that they did not buy online during the El Buen Fin season in Mexico because they did not find attractive deals during the shopping event. Furthermore, 30 percent said they did no make any purchases on this occasion as they did not trust the offers found on e-commerce websites.

Original question: "¿Cuáles son las razones por las que no compraste durante el Buen Fin 2020?"

El Buen Fin refers to an annual shopping event in Mexico that takes place in November during the weekend prior to the Mexican Revolution holiday. In order to avoid agglomerations and prevent further infections of COVID-19, the 2020 version of the event was held for a longer period, from between the 9th and the 20th of November.
