In a 2020 survey, roughly 42 percent of respondents revealed that they plan to change their shipping and supply chain strategies after having experienced the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. During the same survey, 33 percent of shipping and freight professionals stated that they plan to invest in employees to facilitate recovery from COVID-19 crisis.
