A survey about COVID-19 impact on consumer behavior in China revealed that around 63 percent of respondents were very confident that the coronavirus epidemic will be defeated in the country. In comparison, only 50 percent of respondents had the same confidence level about restoring the damaged economy.

Survey samples were collected from five million Pinrenwu app users. The male to female ratio was 57 to 43, and the age range was from 70’s to 00’s. The regional distribution represented the national level, of which the Wuhan sample accounted for seven percent.
