Belgium: customer-friendly companies 2020

Colruyt was the most customer-friendly company in Belgium in 2020, according to an online survey panel. The panel members rewarded the customer friendliness of Colruyt, a prominent supermarket chain, with a score of 7.23 out of 10. All of the companies in the top 10 were (online) retailers. International furniture giant IKEA was in fifth place, with a score of 6.84.
