In a 2020 survey, 51 percent of respondents in the U.S. stated that supply chain disruptions are one of the main challenges their cold chain logistics business faces as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. During that same survey, 18 percent of surveyed people revealed that their post COVID-19 expected revenue for 2020 will be over 15 percent lower compared to pre-crisis revenue expectations for 2020.
