Global offline population who want to communicate online 2020, by age group

According to a Capgemini survey conducted from December 2019 to February 2020, 50 percent of global offline adults aged 18 to 21 years would like to be able to use online communication platforms such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger for instant messaging. In comparison, only 9 percent of offline adults aged 72 years and older wanted the same thing.
