Gerrymandering: preference for non-partisan congressional districts U.S. 2018

According to a poll conducted in December 2018, 63 percent of respondents who identified as Democrats would prefer congressional districts free of gerrymandering, meaning they are drawn with no partisan bias whatsoever, even if this means their preferred party would not win as many seats. A slightly higher number of Republican respondents, 65 percent, also preferred districts created without gerrymandering even if it lost their party seats.
