
Change in fresh e-commerce ordering frequency before and after COVID-19 in China 2020
According to a survey among Chinese e-commerce consumers, the share of respondents who ordered twice or three times a week from fresh e-commerce platforms increased from 25.4 percent to 30.1 percent after the COVID-19 outbreak. Meanwhile, during the COVID-19 outbreak, 22 percent of the respondents said they purchased fresh goods more than four times a week online.
